Default rocking idle, very low power - details inside! ;-)

All,
I have a MY02 WRX with a few mods -
Turboxs Stage 4 w/ utec and TMI
Spec Stage 2 clutch & plate
Spec lightened flywheel
Rallispec STI V.6 5spd MT
etc.
etc.

Let's cut to the chase -
My Car is running very rough and has little or no power. There is a LOT of engine vibration at idle (especially at idle) and during acceleration the car just seems to really be trying way too hard.

I still have boost (even though it doesn't feel like it) the AF values seem to be in range, I'm not stalling or anything.

I replaced the plugs to see if that was the problem and it did not help.

I also remapped the UTEC w/ the latest software and maps (thanks to my buddy John).

The engine also seems to be noisier, like there is an exhaust leak. I know that my car will feel underpowered if i lost a gasket before the turbo, but the shudder/shaking of the engine has me worried.

I do get cel's popping up here and there which would indicate a misfire, and I probably have a bad coil or something.

Anyone know how I can log the misfires or see what's going on?

You would get a better response putting this in Factory Forced Induction.

Check your compression, to see if you have a beat piston.

Sounds like how my car ran when one of the wires to the ignitor was cut and the engine was down on 2 cylinders. Rough idle, high vacuum, makes boost but goes nowhere.
