Default Cold Air Intake and functional Hood Scoop

So, I've got hood scoop envy....

Not really, but I'd like to have my scoop do something. Otherwise, it ought not to be there, though it looks good.

I've seen a couple of poor pictures of the "gravel sports" intake, but I've had problems locating someone who sells it.

Anyone got a functional hood scoop? Anyone got decent pictures of their intakes?

Most of all, anyone know where I can get an intake that uses the scoop?

Thanks in advance

Here are some pics of my gravelsports:

You can find a few more pics of it over here:

I got mine used but Sean over at Suby Specialties custom makes them in batches of 5. So if you really want one you might have to wait a while unless you get lucky and is the 5th one.

Yeah, that's my functional hood scoop linked to earlier, there's alot of good ideas in that thread from others that have been there
I like the gravelsports one but it looks like it wouldn't seal off from the engine bay

Yeh, I don't think it does. I was thinking of maybe fabricating a seal out of some soft rubber material from home depot. Any suggestions?

Subaru Stars Gravel Sports for the '99 RS?

Was there ever a Gravel Sports intake made for the our overlooked '99 cars? -something that won't burn out the damned MAF? I'd certainly buy one.
