Default Subframe Connectors in SM class ... O.K. ? Photo ....

Page 123 of the '04 SCCA National Solo rules ... Paragraph G ...

Does that mean (Cusco "Lower Arm Bar") braces like this are O.K. for SM ?

Nope. Note the part about not allowing lateral components. Note: the Cusco Version 1 bar is legal.

G. Subframe connectors are allowed, but each connector must be attached individually without any lateral components attaching the two longitudinal frame rails. Subframe connectors may be bolted or welded.
