Default Anyone work with aluminum????

Here is a pic of my horn of my BOV. The one side of the horn is rubbing on my splitter. What I need is if someone can machine down or cut the horn so it shortens it around 1/4" to 1/2" so it wont rub anymore. I tried it myself and boy that didnt work out so well........you should see the other side of it.......

if anyone could help me out that would be great.

Thanks

Heres a pic of it

A metal lathe would do the trick as long as you could mount it somehow. My father in law has one. I can ask him if no one else volenteers. Let me know.

the base of it is square so Im pretty sure it would mount up pretty easily to a lathe.

Lance, bring it by the house today or Sunday before the meet. I have the tools for a job like that at home. I'll take about 5 minutes. I promise a perfect professional job.
