Default Weird Things Going on!!!

I have just recently put a 2.2l Impreza engine in replacement of my 1.8l Impreza Engine. I used the 1.8 Intake manifold and all sensors from the block except the temp ones on the water rail...
So here is my problem:

Car wont start, will not get fuel, but when I unplug the Igniter or the Coil pack the fuel pump will run even without the key in the car... ***... Then with the coil pack plugged in and the igniter plugged in the dash lights ie. Battery, Oil etc. lights will stay on without the key in the ignition... The minute I unplug either the Coil Pack or the Igniter the lights go out but the Check engine light comes on, Without the key in the ignition...***... It is killing me want my car back so I can get to work, need to stop imposing on my friends.. anyone know what the dealio???

Maybe you should ask the conversions forum, they're more focused on these kinds of issues.
