Legacy Across Boarder shipping?

OK, Can anyone tell me how long I can expect to wait for my parts I ordered from Rallitek? They sent it ground USPS, about three weeks ago

I want it yesterday!

Can't... Take ... It... Anymore...

They said it would take 7 days. How long does it take to go through costums?

THANX

As long as they want it to. It completely depends on which border crossing they went through, how busy Customs is at that crossing, & what kind of mood customs officers are in at that crossing. I hope you get them.

it's getting harder actually, but USPS sometimes saves you from customs and wild taxes

Customes can hold your item without even notifying you (the recipient anyways) and they usually like to take there time in sending out a letter to the sender.

I should get frequent buyers miles or somethign for shopping south of the border so often!

Avoid ground shipping. The differential for the slowest AIR service is usually minimal, and has packages up here to me in 5-10 days. Shipping times for GROUND are measured in weeks, not days.

Default Same here...

I've been waiting on parts that were mailed USPS Air from Oregon for over a month... Still no sign of the package.. I'm going to insist from now on that packages are shipped with a tracking number when I order from the US. Even if I have to pay more for shipping, it's just not worth the hassle of waiting and wondering...

Last time that I had something take 3 weeks via USPS Air, I called the company to see what was going on. They "got back" to me 2 days later and gave me a shipping number. Told me it should be to me in 5 days which it was. Checked the postage date and what do you know? Mailed the day I called to complain about the package taking so long. Never had a USPS Air package take more than 2 weeks to my door.
