At the Track Pictures from the UBER autocross at Valley Fair (MN)

So we had one of the biggest autocrosses EVERY at valley fair (amusment park in shakopee, MN) and had 150-170 people come (usually we have 70).

THe course was the 2003 nationals course and was set up by Patrick Washburn, who ran a Formula Ford there, and was our event master, making our course jsut like it was at nationals.

Anyways, I threw my azenis on and didnt bother pumping them up (they were around 36ish) and went to have some fun.

Well I learned that they got RID OF regular classes and CLUMPED eveyrone with "street tires" into one class instead of having HST, GST etc. so my "class" had 32 people in it and they PAXed our results to give us class winners.

After my first 3 runs I was in 3rd place (of 32) behind a neon and a WRX :banghead:

So for my last 3 runs I gave it all I had and was surprised how damn STICKY my tires were, and it was COLD out (50's tops). I was FLYIN around corners when last year my azenis would have locked up (at 42 psi).

at the end of the day I won 3rd place in my class, which was alright, but i would prefer to have gotten first place of HST (i WAS going to go for the HST championship but that hope is shot to **** with the new class).

I check our autocross forums and got the shock of my life. out of 150-170 people, guess where I was:
