Question Air Filtration Kit

Okay, maybe I'm blind or just a little slow but I can't find where the filters are for the air filtration system for the cabin air. I bought the replacement filters for my 2003 Forester 2.5 XS Premium because it had been over year since I bought the car and they reccommend replacing them every year. The diagram that comes with the new filters shows it to be right under the glove compartment but I looked for a good twenty minutes under there and I couldn't find anything that resembled an air duct or filter. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, did you eventually find the filters and, if so, where the heck are they? Thanks for any help you can lend.

Timmy

Default Glove box

You can find the answer on www.scoobymods.com

I believe you have to take the glove box out in order to access the filter.
