Default piston question

i'm looking at getting JE pistons and pauter rods from a guy on the forum, but my questions is, i have a 99RS and his is an 01 RS. both SOHC, but are they both phase II? and would the pistons and rods work in my car? Just want to make sure. Thanks.
-Eli
