Default question to all those w/ heavy spring setups

what are you doing to match the shocks to the springs? if i cant really afford a coilover setup, but i want a car with 500lb springs front/rear, im pretty sure konis won't hold up to the task - what kind of shocks are you using and where can you get springs that'll fit it?

Koni will re-valve their struts for a nominal fee. The Koni single adjustable yellow inserts are said to be good for spring rates up to 400 lbs.

One of the national level autox folks (Brian, maybe?) has his re-valved for 400+ lb rates and is very happy with them.
