This is the genuine STi version. Requires minor trimming of your plastic console to install. Comes with allen-head fasteners. Cast, very nice finish quality.

This one is from Autospeed Performance. It's a billet aluminum CNC machined trim, with the WRX logo engraved on. It's flat on the back, so you don't have to do any filing for it to fit. Just drill a few holes, install the included fasteners, and you're done.

The carbon fiber one from Red Sky Racing gives a high-tech look. It's not the fake stuff -- this is real carbon fiber. Included black AND silver stainless fasteners let you choose the look. Simple installation -- just drill a few holes.
