Default Front Speaks not kicking. (little long)

Just got finished installing some Infinity 452i's in the rear shelf of my coupe. Replacing the 5.25" factory with 4" Infinity has given me crisper highs with a little lose in midbase. A few months ago I replaced my front speakers with Sony 1621 6.5". They are loud and pretty clear with a little dissapointing midbase. (no biggie I have the stock sub for bass right now)

Question is that when I installed the Infinity my rear speakers they are nice and loud but now my front speakers just won't kick. If I fade all to front the speakers it gets a little loud but not even close to the way they should sound at level 15 on an Alpine 9813 H.U.?

Rear speakers sound great but now I have lost power to the front. My splices are not soldered. I am also getting a slight bit of feedback while the radio is on, not related to engine revving. Sounds like the noise when you put a record on a turntable and you hear the crackling ever so slightnly.

Would soldering all speaker connections help to free up some power/ reduce background noise? (does this ReallY make a difference)

Does this sound like a bad ground somewhere? (I have a DIY 10gauge grounding kit in the engine, nothing special, could this hamper audio quality)

You have Sony speakers
You have no amplifier
Your doors are not sealed or damped
You have kludged oem wiring
... therefore you have no midbass

Any suggestions on what to do next to eliminate some noise.

Sound damping or 4 channel amp with new speaker wires?

Yeah the sonys were cheap in price, now realizing they're cheap in performance.

the 9813 should put out plenty of power to rule that out as part of your problem.

your front speakers might be out of phase with each other...try fading to the left or to the right and see if your midbass gets better.

And, pull the front speakers out and line the back with weatherstrip (hardware store type for sealing doors, etc.) and screw them back in.
