What are thoughts about slightly bending things? accidentally vs. accidentally-on-purpose bending things?

I know...if it doesn't say you can, you can't.

But, for the sake of argument what if I removed something and just bent the brackets a little during re-installation.

How much is too much? I'm just looking for some feedback. I'm getting close to the front runners and I have a neat idea

Technically, in a protest, the bending would be considered 'out of factory spec', therefore, not legal.

this is not a new idea.

are you trying to add camber or boost?

losening up the suspension, and pressing everything towards max negative camber as you tighten down the bolts would be considered fair game.

but actually bending any components of the car would be cheating and protestable.
