Whiteline front endlink problems?!
I just got back from installing my Rallispec shifter bushing which was no problem at all, but I had to quit my front link install due to a problem. It looks like the metal part of the endlink touches a rib in the lower part of the a-arm before the bushing has a chance to fully sit in the bracket. This causes the bolt holes to not line up and there is no way to get that bolt to squeeze through......I hammered the link pretty good trying. Has anyone had this problem and did you have to grind some metal off to get it to not touch the a-arm or is something weird with my car?! Thought I would ask before going to the grinding wheel.

Sorry I can't help you Nat, but you should probably mention that you had your frame bent in an accident.

I think you are trying to put them on backwards. The bar going up to the top bushing should be towards the front of the car. Also one of the two is smaller then the other, you have to look and find out which is which when you are taking the OEM ones off.

Garrick........shhhh! No really, anything that got bent was replaced-new crossmember/a-arm, sway bar, etc. So there is nothing old on the side of the car I was working on. I did notice that the end link had two different sides and had it correctly oriented top and bottom. Maybe I could flip it around front to rear and that might make a difference..guess I'll have to double check. thanks for the ideas though

Had the same problem on my Legacy, had to notch a little material out of the seam to insure the link doesn't bind.
