Default RST question

would a turbo kit that came out of a 98 RS have to be modified for an 01 RS?
Im talking about the piping. I know they are pretty much the same cars, but were there any big changes?

Just speculating here, as I don't have much experience with MAP based cars...But I think there might be a difference in regards to the intake piping, as the '98 uses a MAF sensor, and the '01 uses a MAP sensor. You will want a voltage clamp too. Exhaust-wise, it should all be the same.

Should be no problem on the exhaust side - except if you're trying to put it on an AT car.
