Default adjust timing

Is there anyway to adjust the timing on my car with out the use of any EMS..ect.

I just need a quick fix till the hydra EMS gets here.

Proecm makes a boost ignition timing retard www.proecm.com
No other way to do it though really without some kind of electronics.
