Default Where is a good place to do some "testing"?

I'm looking for a quite place, prefereably a big parking lot, to do some testing. No high speed stuff, mostly just low speed threshold handling manuevers. I live in Vancouver area, and need something a bit close. Any suggestions?

Come out to the Valley.
Lots of open roads to "test" on. Just keep your eyes open for cattle, and old people.

What's the fastest/efficient way to get out there? How far is it from Vancouver? I'm new to the area...

To Boundary Bay? Take Oak, which will turn into #99 (or whatever...). Head south until you get to #10 in Ladner, turn left, go down Ladner Trunk Road until 88th or 86th street (or ave), turn right, go to the end of the road, turn left, and follow the road (and speed limit, or have an angry mob chasing you), and you're there.

There's a driving school tomorrow hosted by UBCSCC. There's still lots of space left, and guarenteed to be lots of seat time. It's exactally the kind of stuff you're looking for too (low speed handling manuvers), and it's legal.

Definitely not scooby only, it's open to all.

I ran a traction limited 13.8 @ 100mph last night at Mission.

If we lined up I would need a bit of room to catch you. A good AWD launch is tough to compete against.
