Post Subaru of SC unresponsive to Email or just me?

After seeing some posts on the forum about good service and good pricing from subaru SC, I sent an email, umm 2 and have yet to get a response. I have also posted that I am waiting for a response, nothing.

Can someone fill me in on SC's practices? I will be contacting other dealers but just figured I would give them a shout since a lot of you, seem to like dealing with them.

Oh well, it's not like I have to have it. Just want to add it to my stable.

I'd suggest picking up a phone and giving them a call. (831) 420-1500. Sandy Charney is the sales manager, and if he's not available to help you, his daughter Morgan probably will be. I don't have any experiences e-mailing them, but Sandy has been more than helpful on the phone.

Even when I keep bugging him about the pricing on my car (his numbers were $200 short of where they should have been the first time around, I figured it was nice to point it out) he's been great.

I don't know who actually responds to the e-mails sent there, it might not even be Sandy. I won't speak to their pricing policy, as it may chance as time goes on, but I feel I got a great price, and I'm dealing with my local dealership, so it's the best of both worlds.

i was there today to pick up my car from service dept and saw the only two wrx in their lot. one is blaze yellow sedan, and other one is a white wrx wagon. both of them are sold tho.. so i guess they are out of stock? maybe thats why they are not being responsive? have you tried calling them? they are all pretty friendly over there.. i felt quite like home when i was there getting my car serviced. call them up and see whats up.. 831-420-1500

yeah, i think u're better off calling them instead of email. i dunno, maybe they're not as net savvy as i-club members are?

better yet, just head on in! yeah, i know ur in milpitas. but either the phone or in person is best. friendly people they have over there. also, they have this customer for life service. if u buy the car from them, and ever need to have it serviced, u can get a loaner car from them for free. i may just have to make use of that service next weekend. that way, i won't have to have a friend go w/ me in a separate car. tho i can't say for sure if the same thing will happen if u take in another car for service even if u did buy some other car there. i should ask about this one.

hi, I got my WRX wagon last weekend for Santa Cruz.The guys there were pretty helpful, think the manager even came down to settle all the stuff. He was driving a Ford truck. Hope this helps you

One of the guys there recommended this web site to me. I'm a newbie to cars... Nice to met you guys.

Thanks all, Sandy contacted me but I've just finished a not so good maintenance at 4am pacific and I didn't get a chance to call him. Will do, if the price is right I will probably order one, not in a rush.
