I have called your store 4 times and left a message 3 times. I have also sent you an e-mail. I have yet to hear back from anyone.
I placed my order and received it. However, I was charged for shipping. I made sure to make a note of it trying to charge me for shipping in the "Special Notes" part of the order form hoping that it would keep me from being charged, but that didn't work. I know that someone had to read my note because that is where I said what color hoses I wanted.
If you could fix this problem I would appreciate it.
Also, after re-reading your first post, I see that you will include 2 caps if our system has 2 caps. I had my radiator replaced by Subaru because it was leaking and they gave me one of the new ones with the additional cap on the radiator itself. Since I did not know about that when ordering, would it be possible to get the other cap? If you can send me the other cap, don't worry about crediting back the $5 for the shipping of my initial order. You can just use that for the shipping of the other radiator cap.
