Default WRX gets a buddy

Never owned a subaru til I bought my wife a silver wrx about a year and a half ago as an xmas gift. With auto, leather and a power sunroof it doesn't have many twins on the road, is fun to drive, and gets comments from many, including other WRX drivers. "hey, leather wasn't an option for me"

NOW...I pick up my SILVER premium leather 2004 fxt on Tuesday. MAKE IT TUESDAY please! I can't wait! Gotta quit looking at pics on the web. I'm obsessing.

ONly downside I can see is that my friends are going to ask if my wife and I are going to start wearing matching shirts too. (our cars are the same color, with a sunroof and the wheels are quite similar too.

Anyway...gotta go keep myself busy. Is it tuesday yet?

Congrats abrogado.
My wife and I have white Foresters.
My good friend Frank and his wife have black XT's.

Hummmm, I think I see a trend starting here.

That's the easy part, the hard part is not mashing the pedal for 1,000 miles

Good luck and congrats

hehe...it's tough.

one thing, compared to stock wrx w/auto, the stock fxt has decidedly less lag. you only feel it if you mash it.

Stay calm...I let off at 4K revs.

Man, the sunroom is HUGE. Stereo is tinny, but it looks good. Lovin' the lumbar thingie.

gotta find some dirt after work.

Yep..double silver is good.

Is the STI yours or your wife's? If it's hers, does she let you borrow it?
