Default anyone s breaks make an annoying hissing sound every time they move their rex

my breaks started making a hissing sound about 6 months ago. i had the car parked for a month with e break up and when i started driving it a gain a month later there was a hissing sound coming from the wheels. really loud too. so i took it to the dealer they told me my breaks are fine. do ya think thee calipers are stuck in the closed position? the more i drive it the quieter it gets but it is still there all the time. what is it? thanks.
