Notice For People Going to North vs Sound Meeting

Brian, Adrian,
What time on Friday are you guys gonna leave?
I'm going to the trip for sure but I don't want to leave TOO late.
Im guessing Adrian will be off work at 5.. (computer job wheee)

I personally say we leave at 7 SHARP.. We should be on the road by then.. maybe even 6 .. what do u think..

PS: Please post up if your gonna leave with the semi-night crew.

I honestly believe leaving friday morning will not be acceptable to many people (especially those who work and have girlfriends that work)

Well, not to be a downer, but I went to the first SEMA show they had at the Pomona Fairplex. It wasn't all that and a bottle of Dom P. Lots of rice-a-roni, but, and get this, I met all the JC Sports guys in their earliest incarnation. I think this was over 3 years ago...I still have some of their original business cards. Maybe I should put them up on Ebay...

Anyway, all I'm saying is don't expect another Vegas SEMA show. This one is (or was, maybe they expanded it) a lot smaller and in a regular *****hole, unlike Vegas. Just make sure there's other stuff to do while you're here (if you're coming from outside of LA), because I don't think coming all that way's worth it just for the SEMA show. Unless of course you can match the turnout we had at the 22B meet!

But apathy seems to afflict the west coast for some reason...

I'll post this to the other Cali meet threads, just so you all can see it.

i want Imprezer to be with us, but I dont know what's gonna happen..

Yes, L.A. is south from us, SOUTHERN California

. However, I am not familiar with traveling to L.A. via 101 or how to get onto HWY 5, if that matters. But HWY. 5 is closer for east bay travelers.

I can try to leave work around 4 on Friday, but definately by 5. I am in the East Bay, so it might be advantageous for you guys on the "other side" to dive over here and meet up. Since I am assuming we are taking highway 5 all the way down. What do you think?
