Yes, it is.
Most clubs that run track days down at Seattle Raceways charge considerably less than that. But you don't really get much instruction, just lots of track time

No tim, I prob wont go cuz I had paid less and got similar instruction in march at sccbcs race driver training:

1 day of tech & class, 2 days on track incl passing instruction thru turns for only 400 =).
