Impreza GC8 WRX injectors

I know this has been asked a million times, I know that the WRX injectors would not fit on a turboed EJ25 but someone told me that you can get away with shaving down the injectors then they can fit...is this true or the person who told me this is on some serious crack?

If you know that it's been asked a million times, then do a search and find one of those million. It more than likely has been covered before

They'll go in a '99 manifold no problem, I'm not sure if anybody has got them to work in a '00 or '01 manifold.
