Default FMIC and rebar?

Is there a FMIC kit does not need to remove or cut rebar?

Thanks

f the bumper its all about livin on the edge
actually im really scared to get in a wreck now i almost want to fab some sort of bar to go across the front right behind the radiator and bolt into where the bumper beam bolts are...having a 1/16" thick piece of sheet metal to hold the front end together kinda scares me

If you drive with the kind of comuters I am forced to drive with, I'd be scared with nothing but a several hundred dollar FMIC
(that I would fall in love with)
between me and some chick in an SUV.
Not to be sexist, but I am when it comes to chicks lighting up brake lights for nothing in front of them.
It's always chicks here.
work!
