Talking Initiaion I guess!!!!!

It seem's like everyone stares at this car. After 80 the hood look's like it want's to flip up(that vibrating i/c scoop).I find myself walking by the front window of my house just to catch a quick glance at the blue and gold.Any way I am very happy to not only have got an amazing car but joined a great group of enthusiast's.I can't wait to meet up on the 29th. yea, I used to make any excuse to go into the garage and check out my car right after I got it (still do occasionally).

Congrats on the new ride...and don't forget about that break in period

Welcome aboard.. The silence you are experiencing after posting about driving over the speed limit on the streets is very unusual.

Must be that everyone's in summer mode and they don't want to be extra hypocritical.

Whoa dude. Take it easy.
"The best mod you can do for you car is to check the nut behind the wheel."

I don't wanna see anything in the news about another trashed STi...
[/pupit]

Aaaaaaand:
I still occasionally go into the garage before I got to bed to say gooddnight to my baby.

Glad you like your new car. Play safe.

OH yeah I understand but it is my first day with a new car don't worry I'll calm down when the smile wears off my face.Keep in mind I just came from a 91 isuzu with 370000 km and it had a miss firing cyl for the last three months.I am glad that is over owning a old car that is. I hope you can understand my enthusiasm.

Of course i understand your enthusiasm!
I've owned a 1980 Volvo station wagon, and a 91 VW golf. All used cars. Now I own pure driving pleasure and I STILL can't drive with the flair and panache that I thought I had.

I highly recommend taking your baby to the track and seeing really seeing what she can do (or an auto-x. )
More importantly it'll show you your own limitations in a safe, controlled area.
and it's hella fun to boot.
Just remember to always respect the car, and she'll take care of you.

The great thing about this club is the support and information that is shared; the sense of community. We all look out for one another, and also try to score mods as well!

Regards,
Tricky

Only cause you're a girl. If any other guy asked for help he'd get 300 "views" as opposed to "replies" in 10 mins. Or..he'd just get dancing bananas.

The addiction gets worse. This is my second scooby, the first was a moster imported from Japan into the UK.

Me thinks it's time for the Wagon to get a Cobb Stage Two. That Accessport is coooooool...........

Enjoy the STi and take it easy on the streets.
