Default Turboing my Taco before getting a Suby

Hey guys, I really want to build a subaru next but my business is growing so fast it is eating all my money to keep up, makes sense to those in business how this can be so

Anyway, I just have to have FI, spoiled for good now, so am going to go my Tacoma for a summer project with my kids who are going to be here in a few weeks for the whole summer)>))))L):L))::

The truck had the TuRD SC but it was horribly ineffcient and problematic so I ditched it and working on turbo plans.

I just wanted to get some input from you guys as to the best approach for a daily driven, self tuned, home built system.

I have a D2 aquamist system I was thinking of using in case I dod not go with an intercooler but have come to the conclusion an intercooler is far better and I can make a fairly big one fit, front mount and still stealthy(alot of work) so, not using the aquamist now.
I am looking into various fuel managment products but like piggyback over full ECU changeouts do to easier to deal with daily driver tuning with piggybacks(or so it seems). I have had good results with aux fuel injection but want to go with a moderate injector upgrade on this instead so looking into that.

Looking into a wideband tuning solution, Inovative seems pretty decent and low cost.

Ok, rambling on here but I could really use some of your overall much more experienced help in deciding which way to go with the fuel, timing, etc, gear, pros and cons are most welcome.

Thanks, I really appreciate any help you can give me and one day I will actually join your real ranks, much more informed than I am now

Rick

I do appologize for my gross spelling and gramatical errors, i have not recoved from four days of turbo hell, worked 19-20 hours a day making a totally screwed up system work right. I paid alot of money to have this built for another Matrix and it was totally fubar by most peoples standards but I made it work, every single piece needed at least three mods, had to fabricate flanges, etc, etc. But, I made a deal to turbo a car for a said price and I did it and it works great. I just do not understand how somebody can take anothers hard earned money and not produce the very best product possible but I have met many that can live like that, sad, very sad.

There are a few out there but mostly SC. I prefer Turbos myself

I have an I4 so it will be easy plumbing wise, still deciding on if I should build a tubular manifold or jsut use the factory cast one, it really is a good design, just needs alot of porting then coated to hold in that precious heat

I can low mount a turbo at the end of it, with an easy to build adaptor plate and have much better exhaust flow out of the turbo if I go this route.

I have even toyed with the idea of making it very stealthy, why I was considering no intercooler and using the aquamist system I have. Well, intercooler is much better so I will use one, can be a bit stealthy with it if I take my time. This will not be a legal kit by any means and I live in CA, bastards just want to spoil our fun here, lol!
