Question back glass

I don't have a Baja, I was just wondering after looking at the pics of them if that rear glass comes down, or is it just fixed there?

thanks,
Steve

Unlike the concept, the glass stays put.

Yup, its fixed. I was thinking about slider glass(like pick-ups) the other day. Just have to wait til some aftermarket company comes out with a package.

....but then I'd lose the rear defrost, which I need. Ok, forget it

That is pretty stupid to me. It defeats the utility of it. If if doesn't fit in the bed, you can't carry it? Even in a full size pick up you have to sometimes open the glass to get long items to fit.

Jumping to conclusions is never wise either. The Baja has a pass through that is more functional and safer than sticking things through the window. Go to Subaru's site for an interactive look at it in action.
