I frankly didn't like my experience with them, not at all, no help, no support, no explaination, just a bunch of arrogant asses...

And according to my knowledge now they are NOT the only whiteline distributors locally... which is good

i was goin to get my supperlaggra from PDM
got the first email back, and then i started askin specific question
then no more reply

so i just got the rims somewhere esle

wow, normally PDM only gets praise from northwestnissans and i hear nothingbut good stuff from them (but i've never actualyl dealt with them)

so i'm a little surprised, to hear it. haha, maybe he's just more of a nissan fan cause i know the owner Don has a S13

So far I've only read 2 or 3 complaints about their service (not counting the bitter ex PDM employees

) on this board.
I've never had any problems with them, but I'm biased since Don has been a friend of mine for quite some time.

I'd great experience with PDM awhile ago, because Hypa was the receptionist there. I was gonna get some brake lines and sway bar endlinks. Hypa carefully replied all my emails and questions when i felt that i, myself, was kinda long winded. But after a week, Hypa no longer works there and I never got any replies from PDM.

I'll give PDM a try next week for some parts, hope that I won't be posting back and complaining about their customer service.

I have had great experience with PDM.
Don has always been helpful and accomodating
They always have stock, they know the products and don't try to oversell you when asking for suggestions (I bought a full whiteline setup for my car and some parts for my dad's wagon).
Not to mention they now provide alignments and other shop work such as fender rolling at really reasonable rates.

i was, but just thinking of those wheels makes me cringe. i'd probably taco those things in a day. i only have today off, so i doubt i'll be able to head up to whistler with you folks. maybe later on in the summer though.

maybe after Jon (tmr) or Hypa left...their own email will no longer be in use?!

i can always get a hold w/ Don...and his reply is always quick!
