I'm sure I didn't get a good a deal as you guys did. I got mine for 2.5% over invoice. I was pretty happy with that. My cars silver with stereo package and alarm system. As far as mtb, if you have never been riding in annandale state park, it's worth a look into. There is also sugarloaf state park, the palisades, mt st. helena and skyline park. Those are some of the more popular areas. There are a lot of other places up here.

2.5% isn't too bad.. if i didn't have to trade in my old civic i would've gotten better rate then what i got. but anyhow feel the pain as you gonna try to break in the car.. keeping that needle under 4000rpm is torture i tell you.. im still only @ 666miles.. and yes im @ 666 right now

Oh yeah! The world cup races are up this way this weekend. The venue has changed from Skyline Park to Domaine Chandon. It'll be nice to have a change of venue. Hey, if your ever headed up to Napa or Sonoma County, drop me an e-mail. I'll give the skinny on all the fun places to ride and drive.

750 MILES!!!! Change it quick before your engine blows!!

I usually change my oil every 3000 miles...I put on 3000 miles in about a month and a half with commuting, joy rides, etc. Between the dealer paid changes I use Redline synthetic. Your safe for 7,000 miles they say but I keep it under 5k.

Hey Danny,

I never got a chance to thank you for that thing you got me. It is so cool. It is one of those "right on the dot" presents if you know what I mean. Very thoughfull and very original. Thanks a lot.

Speaking of oil changes. Should I go with synthetic with my first oil change or should I wait a couple of oil changes? Also, should your first oil change come at 3,000 or should it be done earlier like in some cars?

Question

I was under the impression from many people that your first oil change should be done right after your engine breaks in becaues the oil that came with the car is a special lubricant oil that is super rough and is only used so the your engine can get lubed more throughly in the beginning. But continue use of that oil through ur break in period is not that good for the car.. i may be wrong.. anyone ??
