Have a Nice Day? Help ! ! ! ! !

I have know idea where to go or what to look for. I want to lower my car but can't find what I'm looking for. I want it to be lowered at least an inch or lower but don't want it so low that my front spoiler hits everything. If you guys have any suggestions on springs/struts setup it would really help. How much would you have to lower it so that it looks aggresive (without hitting everything)? Thanks!

By the way, I'm 18 and like to find something relativly cheat

a set of Tein S-Tech springs will do a good job of lowering it. $225 for a set I believe. I'm not sure where to get them, but Opie can help out with that one. Also, JC Sports carries them, but the mojority of people on this board will tell you to stay away (bad customer service).
Ground Control makes coil-over springs for out cars, but they cost $700.
