Post Anybody on Team BFG? What's the R1A?

Noticed the new BFG gForce R1A arriving late June in 205/55-16 at the tirerack. What's different from the regular R1?

I am a Team T/A member. The R1A is BFG's response to complaints that the G-Force was twitchier than the Comp R1 that it replaced.

It didn't work well with some car types.

The Hoosiers DO use fiberglass belts. That is the primary reason they are lighter. That is also why they are risky to use for driving to and from events on; less durable.
