Default Spring install in SLC

I am looking to get some Prodrive springs for an 02 WRX and I am looking for a place to get them installed in SLC. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone know the going rate to install them?

Thanks

Well, a spring install is fairly easy, so really any shop will be able to do this. I have Modern Garage do all the work on my car however. They specialize in import cars and I've never been disappointed with their work (and they guarantee it). You may pay a few bucks more hourly but I feel it's worth it rather than have a random shop tool on my car. They recommended Alignment Specialists who I used to get the alignment on the car a few weeks after the install. Modern's # is 262-4605. It's sad I have that comitted to memory. Another option would be someone locally. There are at least a few guys here who might be willing to do the install for some mod money such as mixup52, bbbwrx, norseone or sandkicker to name a few...

MG charges 149.99 for a spring install, which is decent. Unless you know someone who can do it I would have them do it.

Yeah, sounds about right. I had bought the springs/shocks from them at the same time so I couldn't remember what the labor was. I can look at my receipt when I get home if you want exact...

Thanks guys, I had MG do some work ealier on the car (exhaust and such), but did not know if someone had any other suggestions. I am not in a rush, still trying to decide on what springs I would like, it will happen this Summer at some point.

you name it and rick can bust it out ive trusted rick to help me do work a LOT more complex than just springs (taking out my engine for one) so i would definitely recommend him. plus he is a poor bastage who needs money

What are you talking about Kirill? i didnt know you were the god of subarus. I have been a subaru enthusiast fan since before i even knew you, just because i didnt get on the internet and advertise it you assume i wasnt? ( i must give Rick much credit for informing me of specs and such and even you have told me some stuff) Shi*, while your at it you should give your self the credit for my entire interest for imports! and as for spelling its not that big of a deal but i would rather be good at both and give people the impression that im not an idiot and can take me seriously but thats just me.

oh yeah your also gay and i hate you

3 times you take off the eibachs? So you have had pinks, eibachs and what? prodrive, tein, perrin? I am interested to find out which one you think is the best.

I guess it depends on what you are looking for. The sti were good, stiffer than tghe eibach's but hardly any drop. Just about stock height. I am running those eibach's that I got fromyou now and I like them a lot. A little softer than sti's and more drop, about 1" rear, 1-1.5" front. They are nice for daily driving. I have had eibach's in other subaru's with KYB's and liked them as well.
