Default Need help: just got 02 and CEL makes the car run like crap

I just took delivery of the car and i was getting on the autobahn to go home and at WOT the car felt like it hit fuel cut and the CEL came on. It would feel like fuel cut everytime i hit over about .12 on the gauge in 3rd 4th or 5th. The dealership i got it from told me it was slighlty modified but all i noticed was a short shifter hacked air box and a blue colored turbo inlet pipe. After getting home i took a more indepth look and found an MBC. Can this be making the car hit fuel cut and bring the CEL on? I had the dealership over here run the code and they said it was not firing right in 2 of the cylinders. And it also had a boost controller code. I want to return it to factory controlled, but how. My TSi was just an electronic valve with 2 nipples on it. I did not have to remove it from the engine i just left it in. Could it still be in the engine bay and i just have to reattach it to the housing? I think i might just run the pressure line right on to the wastegate actuature. No boost but no risk of something ****ing up, until i figure out how to hook it back up.

Oh one more thing. I had the dealership clear the CEL and it ran perfectly fine until the boost got up again in 3rd and then the fuel cut thing happened again, and the CEL came back on.

If you were boosting to .12 bar then it probably was fuel cut. There should be the factory boost solenoid still in the car. It is under the black plastic plate just behind the airbox. It is attached to the metal frame that the plate attaches to. For the short term (or long term if the FBC is removed) just turn the boost down on the controller.

oh, one more thing, if the car isn't firing right on two of the cylinders, and its got an MBC in it, and its hitting fuel cut, and whatever else, you have NO idea what the prior owner did to it!!!

find some way to get the dealer to repair it somehow. you just paid for a car that could have a smoked engine in it, and they did it to you! ARGH!!!
