What did you pay?

Hello Bay Area:

Tonight after work I am heading to Ron Price Motors to see if I can close a deal on a MY00 RS Coupe. I think I've negotiated a pretty good price, but I've only got a couple of data points to base this on (thanks STI Sev).

So, I'm hoping that if I start this thread, others will post what they paid for their RS, and which options it was equipped with. I realize this can be a sensitive topic because this stuff can differ by time of year, the dealership, and all that. But the more info that's out there, the better for all.

I'll start it off with the deal that's on the table for me at Ron Price. This car is on the lot, so it has some options I could do without:

-MY00 RS Coupe
-floor mats, center armrest
-Premium sound & CD player
-Keyless entry and security upgrade
-----
$18,600 plus taxes & fees.

I haven't signed anything, and I'm willing to wait for the right deal, so any feedback on your experiences would be great.

Sound system sucks...so you shouldn't really have to pay for it. See if they can order you one without. You should walk out the door for under 20k after paying the government extorsion fees.

This is my opinion of course
