Have a Nice Day? buzzing noise from front undercarriage

When the car is cold in the morning, there is a buzzing noise when I shift gears from I believe the front underside.

I'm assuming it's a leak and when the car warms up, the air is expanding. It sounds like it's coming from the headers. It may be my Stromung in the rear, but I have yet to pinpoint it. The gasket may have come loose.

It may/could be one of the following:

1. MY97 Stromung "lost" its exhaust gasket after a New York Winter. Check the connection in front of the rear axle.

2. ANY of the exhaust heat shielding can be bent easily. Off road or not. This sometimes creates a rattle or hum at certain RPM or Temperature(i.e. cold).

3. Do a search for Manifold/Exhaust leaks. There was a topic recently about a few of the 2.5 blocks having this and covered under warranty.

It's probably a heat shield. I just had one start to rattle on me a few days ago at 3,500rpm. Annoying as hell, the dealer will take care of it, though.
