Question lowered/lip friendly auto-washes in the area?

This afternoon I drove down to the Mr. Wash today to get the car cleaned. When I got there and the guy asked me if I had been there before and if I knew that my car would clear the rails on the bottom on the floor that pulls the car through the autowash. I've always taken it for granted but that actually prompted to take a look and see how close the bumper came -- it was hovering less than an inch off the metal. My wrx has the Tein S-tech setup so it's significantly lowered but not slammed and stock front bumper at the moment. But I've just ordered a front lip which will rob at least another 3" of ground clearance and I wanted to trade up to some coilovers later on so I'm stuck without a place to get washed as of next month

Are there any good car washes in the NoVa or northwest dc area that do a good job without using rails or ones that have decent enough ground clearance for lowered cars? I live in an apartment which prevents me from washing the car myself (which I'd ideally like to). What do you other apartment dwellers do? Are there places out there that you can go that let you bring a hose and some soap/wax and take care of things yourself?
thanks,
John
