Talking TPS Voltage

I have a 99 2.5RS. I have a S-AFC installed, and was reading the throttle signal voltage, and it turns out that at WOT, mine is reading about 3.9V. This doesn't sound high enough, especially considering the nitrous kit I just purchased doesn't kick in the nitrous until the voltage hits 4.3V! Can some other 99 2.5RS owners with S-AFC installed post what voltage they are reading off the throttle sensor at WOT? I would greatly appreciate it, just want to figure out if mine is screwed up.

Question

Okay, just had an idea. I think I should be getting around 4.7V at WOT off the sensor. I could need to adjust the TPS (which involves simply loosening the screws and rotating the sensor), but in that case, to make up a difference in voltage from 3.9V to 4.7V, I would probably also need to adjust idle (since moving the TPS that far will throw idle way off). Is there an idle adjustment screw or similar device on the engine of a 99 2.5RS? Anybody know where it is?

RSRacer:

Range for the MY99:
Fully closed Throttle = .2 - 1.0 volts
Fully open Throttle = 4.2 - 4.7 volts

this is from the shop manual.

Thanks! That's really helpful. So I know that either my TPS needs adjustment, or my S-AFC is reporting the wrong voltage to me.
