Post Fuel Settings

I was just searching for an old post about fuel settings and could not find it here or in the General Forum.

Could all of those with power adders (Turbo,Supercharger,NOS) please post your fuel settings here for reference purposes? If you cannot post in rpm increments, can you please state what your fuel pressure regulator/riser is set at?

I hope this post could be used as a reference point for current and future 'power-adder' owners as a baseline for their tuning purposes. Thanks!

And thanks AdamRS, Richard Squire and everyone else for your past post on your settings. It helped out alot!

I use a Hyper SFC fuel controller with a Stage I turbokit.

My settings are:
  • 1k - 0
  • 2k - 0
  • 3k - 2
  • 4k - 3
  • 5k - 4
  • 6k - 4
  • 7k - 4
  • 8k - 4


Running a 60 shot NOS, the settings are:
  • 1k - 0
  • 2k - 2
  • 3k - 4
  • 4k - 5
  • 5k - 6
  • 6k - 6
  • 7k - 6
  • 8k - 6

BTW: EGT stays in the 1100-1200 range. EGT probe is in the same location as SteveS setup. See his website for exact location.

Kevin ~~ You know most of my particulars. Just to make this clear I am using the Apex'i S-AFC and not the Field SFC.

EDIT: I think I managed to screw this thread up royally by trying to post my settings in a table. Kevin, check out the journal page on my site for my current settings..........

Kevin,

I have a MY99 2.5 RS that has been fitted with a IHI turbo off an old Legacy. No intercooler running 5.5 psi.

Fuel pressure at idle is 50 psi + 1 for each pound of boost. My S-AFC is set at:

3000 - 5
4000 - 8
5000 - 10
5500 - 12
6000 - 15
6500 - 15

My o2 voltage stays between .835 - .865 at all times (at WOT).

Forgot to say that those are all HI throttle settings, no correction for LO throttle. I set LO throttle as 7% and HI as 30%.

What kind of EGT's do you guys commonly see with your settings as well as how close to the cyl. do you have your probes?
