Rhino Ramps, any good?
I was wondering if anyone has had any luck using Blitz Rhino Ramps to jack up their car, so it's easier to get under for doing mods and oil changes? If you have, could I use two sets to get front and rear end of the car up? I'm about to head down to Pep boys cause they have a sale on them.

I use them to get my fat @$$ under the front end of the car to do oil changes. I tried seeing if 4 could be used to pick up the entire car, but they do not fit under the side skirts

I seriously doubt you could use 2 sets to get the whole car up. its way too low.
I have a 98 2.5RS, and its still at stock ride height. when I used some ramps(not exactly the same as Blitz Rhino Ramps, but close, im sure) my front lip cleared the ramp by less than an inch on they way up. I dont know if the 99-00 front lips are any lower than the 98s, but make sure you can return the ramps. PEACE- Ian G. 98RS |

Thanks guys. I guess I'll buy 1 set to get my fat a$$ under the car to do oil changes, and hold off buying two until I can figure out if it works or not. Thanks again

I use ramps for the front and a floor
jack with jack stands fot the rear. takes about 3 min to get the car 10-12 extra inches of the ground. (Just a thought) 4wdrift |

If you want the entire car in the air, 4wdrift has the right idea. I've got the rhino ramps for the front, and a 2(1/4) ton floor jack for the rear with 2 ton jack stands. The rear diff. protector works great for jacking up the rear. 10 pumps on the jack lever and the car is up. its that simple.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm a big guy and I can change my oil on any flat surface without the car lifted just fine. All it takes is to lay in front and face under the car where you can watch yourself reach and do everything. This car is a piece of cake to change the oil, I'm very impressed.
