I guess with no doors, windows, quarter panels, bumpers, hood or trunk - rain may not be best race winning strategy.

No no, rain is a good strategy. It's just advised you bring a full rubber rain coat, and rubber boots to drive.

Can't swing racing rubber this year.

Having BF Goodrich g-force Sport's installed on Friday.

They will be stickier than my RE950's and still handle the wet weather. Looking forward to driving the crap out of them.

FYI, I have my wife's family in town from the 17th to the 21st, so I cannot make the WCMA event on the 19th.

Any Autocrosses this weekend???

I think there is an ECC event on the 13th. Jerrylyn told me about it.

check the website.

I wish i could run on my R's prior to Challenge cup, but don't think that will happen. Hopefully i'll get them tonite, and then i'll be able to drive on them before i leave on vacation.

Hey Mark, is that a new model from BFG? I'm not familar with that one? I'm sure you'll like the extra stick!

Anyone have some wheels/tires to lend me on race day. I only have a set of 4 spares and I dont think they are the high performance version.

Yes, VERY new. This is supposed to be the KDW replacement as they're phasing the KDW's out, but the Sports are more summer than all-season. Similar tread pattern to my RE950's, but with a lot more stick (or so I'm told).

We'll see.

COOL! The KDW's already had a tread pattern revision a year or two ago, and they are supposed to be quite good already, so if these are even more summer orientated like the T/A KD's then they should be great!
