Default TD05H-16G, 18G, 20G "Subaru Style", and all Garrett turbos

Forget VF22's, get one of these 16G's. We've just got our hands on a stock of new TD05H-16G turbos. Make no mistake here, these are not your regular 16G's. These are GENUINE OEM SUBARU 16G'S, complete with direct bolt-on flanges. The only difference from our USDM WRX's is that they have an elbow on the inlet that we take off before it ships out. This way it has the straight through front side inlet like our US versions. This is easily done with our machining facilities at no cost to you.

So for the down and dirty:

BRAND NEW! TD05H-16G w/waterlines = $749

Upgrades:
- ECT Hi-Flow option = add $129
- Ceramic Coating on turbine housing option = add $80

FAQ:

Does the ECT product come with a warranty?
YES! In fact, we give our customers a FULL one (1) year from the time of purchase warranty!

What's involved with the ECT "Hi-Flow" option?
It's pretty straight forward. We work out the kinks in the inlet side of the turbine down into the housing (smooth out the sharp/rough exhaust flow inhibiting edges and match port the turbine gasket to the inlet area). This will offer a quicker spool over the standard cast housing.

What kind of performance does the Subaru TD05H-16G offer?
Not to get too technical but at 5k rpms and 28lbs/min, you can expect to flow up to 21+psi efficiently and manually taper down to 17+ psi by 7K rpms flowing 35lbs/min.

ADDED TO INVENTORY TODAY!
BRAND NEW! TD06-18G/TD05 w/waterlines = $995

*Others are selling the TD05-18G for as much as $1195.00

BRAND NEW! TD06-20G/TD05 w/waterlines = $1045

*Others are selling the TD05-20G for as much as $1295.00

GARRETT TURBOS, call or email for specific models - we have most of them at the LOWEST prices!

Anything Garrett - from GT models to straight T04's. Let us know what you want. Complete GT32 bolt-on kit coming soon.

REBUILDS! We can rebuild any turbo and do it at the highest level of competency. Our master tech has more than 16years building turbos

TheMadScientist -

CHRA. Let me check on that. I'll have to see what we can do. I'm not at the shop right now though so I'll have to get back to you on that later.

In the mean time, can you PM me on what you're trying to accomplish, i.e. building up a turbo with different housings? I can better help you that way.

Thanks,
Todd

BTW guys, we've got lot's of cores! Anything from TO4E comp housings to T3 .63 hotsides. We can build up a fairly inexpensive option for you utilizing a new CHRA with reman'd housing covers. We've also got complete oil line kits to go with 'em.

I took it down because it looks strange. In the real world on any of these turbos, the boost obviously doesn't build in a straight line and a lot of folks purposely taper the top-end in favor of timing advance, etc. Imagine this map as a teepee or pyramid instead of a horozontal line. Well, anyways, here it is:

I'm a little confused. How are you getting 500+CFM from our 2L at 7000RPMs? I suspect that's assuming 100% VE?

No, more like: 2.0L x rpm x VE (90%) x PR = 525cfm/min

Of course, this is simplified but it works for all intensive purposes There are too many variables to take into account with different set ups.

Guys if you are thinking of a turbo upgrade I feel the 16G is a perfect match to the WRX 2.0l. 14psi ~3000rpm and 20+psi ~4000rpm. The 16G will flow more than a vf22 and spool much quicker.

Yeah, I've had my eye on it for about a year now. I should have asked you for a drive when you had yours, TMS.

Yep! It's a good (great) turbo for the EJ205. What can I do to help you fulfill your desire for this turbo

Buy me STI injectors, buy me a new fuel pump, give me $600 for dyno tune costs, and give me a $2000 safety money to set aside

Yeah, I didn't think so.

GT32 Turbo w/choice of .69 or .78 housing, downpipe, up-pipe adaptor flange, adaptor flange support bracket, complete oil line kit, water line connector, short ram intake, hose connectors and couplings. Note, we will have a compressor wheel upgrade for those wanting more out of it. The 71mm wheel that it comes with supports 425 crank HP.

STI UTEC maps - unless we have someone locally that has a UTEC in their STI and gets our kit, then we won't have them for a little while. Hopefully, one of you guys will come through with a base map that can be shared.

We're starting a list for buyers (or seriously interest) of the kit at this time: We now have three on the list. Ballpark pricing is $1995 give or take. Sign up now - just email or PM me! Data on our EJ205 WRX coming in a couple of weeks.

Who called and spoke to Robby today? He gave me your number (a toll free 866 number) but I get an error when trying to dial it.
