Oh c'mon! That's a cheap shot!

But yeah, dokswon.... Generally speaking, you're gonna need an up-pipe, down-pipe, turbo, TBE, intercooler, charge pipe, y-pipe, intercooler-TB pipe, oil send/return lines, oil pan, turbo inlet, filter, upgraded fuel pump, bigger injectors, engine management, hoses, pipes, clamps, t's, clutch, gauges, gaskets, bov's. In the long run you're gonna need, stiffer springs and struts, bushings, engine and tranny mounts, bigger brakes, colder radiator, pistons, rods, springs, cams, valves, money, sleeves, tranny work, more gauges, standalone, money, and then a new block.

You have to be more specific with asking what your gonna need to complete the job. What job? The job of building the world's fastest street legal Impreza? Or the job of throwing together the world's cheapest piece of crap turbo kit one could ever imagine (like me). There's an infinite number of possibilities with turboing your car. Only you know what's best for you.

Edemucate yourself a little about aftermarket forced induction if you haven't already. Read the FAQ. Search, all the information you need to know is contained in these forums. Figure out what your ultimate goal is, plot it all out on paper and decide on the most practical route (reliability, finances, etc...) to reach your goal. I'm assuming you already know the components of a turbo kit. If you don't, perhaps forced induction isn't such a good idea. Good luck.
