Love the headlights, that's a good looking car IMO.

There are only a handful of vanity plates I think are funny, though I usually won't dock some one for adding a personal touch to their car. But I saw a Prius last night that was "LS C02 4U", which for some reason made me instantly dislike them.

Saw a Solara (girls car imo) with a plate that said "2 KUL 4U" and I felt the same way. Passed the car, saw it was a guy and almost flipped him off.

My wife gave me a limited time left with my mitsubishi evolution and this time has now passed and forced to sell. She's only ever known it modified and has never enjoyed it, too loud, too rough, etc. etc. To combat issues, I picked up a new 5 door sti to add some additional utility over my 06 evo rs and avoid a suv purchase. Looking to pick up some vanity plates for the subaru. I believe I'm down to my final two ideas and looking to you guys for some additional feedback. Tags are in Virginia and will be using tags with 8 character limit with the 8th character only able to be a -, space, or *, so basically 7 chr limit. (Wasn't able to use WFSLDEVO)

Which option do you guys prefer?

Option 1
Custom License plate frame and vanity tag.
Frame Top "Wife"
Plate: SELLEVO (or could be SELL-EVO)
Frame Bottom "Made me"

Option 2
Custome License Plate Frame and vanity plate
Frame Top:
Plate: SOLDEVO (Or could be SOLD-EVO)
Frame Bottom: "Wife Made Me"

I'd go with #2, but #1 gets the point across too.

Was this your only car? I'm still pondering why she made you sell it. I can understand not buying a certain car but to have it already and be "forced" to sell.

I think option 2 without the plate frame will do enough, don't have to blame anyone but yourself to getting rid of it.

I had an evo RS, no amenities, rear seats don't fold down, limited function due to setup. This RS was my only car, lowered with 10/12k fa 500 series, on 18x9.5 265's, 400hp w straight pipe. We expect kids in future and have a dog, lab nearing 11 month @ 80lbs already. New evo, while more comfortable for sure again, no fold down seats, limited utility with no suv or truck in family and a hike to the nearest mits dealership is at least 1.5 hours. I loved the car and would keep it (in process of selling) or bought a newer one, but enter wife dog kids utility need SUV = SUBA4U<3. Plus dealerships, parts, and mach v are all so close. I probably could have chosen to keep the evolution, but I doubt she would have been willing to depart with birth control pills and start popping out kids as long as I held onto it without another (in her mind) functional vehicle.

Back to topic, wife thinks it is hilarious, but I think we decided on something a bit simpler since I originally just wanted the plate wfsldevo

Top of Frame with just one word
Wife
soldevo
with the bottom of frame blank or possibly adding a Subaru logo to top it off.

thanks for comments

Makes a little more sense now that you mentioned a 80lb dog.

On topic, I like what you've gone with.

I'm not sure if I ever posted a photo after getting my new tag, but I made another little mod to go along with it. Hope you guys find it just as amusing as I do.

Heh, like I said I haven't mounted it yet. No drill at my apartment. But it should be quite hilarious.
