Trey Cobb from Cobb Tuning ( www.cobbtuning.com ) sells extrude honed throttle bodies, but they're only really effective for FI applications otherwise, the bottleneck is probably somewhere else.

Uh...Cobb tunning has a bored throttle body and they advertise a 20% air flow gain over stock. So unless you are getting it custom made i would say go with cobb.

I am gonna do it at local today, but I just wonder is it useful..
I visited tray's site, but he said it's recommend doing this modification to a car that's already sufficiently modified, but what is "sufficiently modified"?
MY00 has intake, muffler, pulley,ITC,AFC,Plugs and plug wires.

if you have a local guy do it make sure the inside surface is nice and smooth and that he provides a new throttle butterfly that compensated for the larger opening. Other things can also increase the flow, like design of the butterfly and the throttle shaft inside the opening. Make sure the gasket is matched to the new bore as well. Your gains will be small at best, a hp or 2. This mostly helps with your mods plus headers, head work, cams, higher compression, and a extrude honed intake manifold.
