Default DIY painting stars badge *56k*

well summers here and im bored, so i decided to do this mod, first i took off the badge, i chipped it a little but its not noticeable, then i used a whole bunch of Q tips and removed the black paint w/ nail polish remover, then painted the back with some porsche red touch up paint, unfortunatly somehow some paint dripped into the big star, but its not noticeable from far away, anyway im a big DIY'er if you want look in the N/A forum to find moe great do-it-yourselfness stuff, such as an intake, and cheap grounding mod
now for the pic! it looks pink but its actually red

Looks good. I had a blue badge on my black impreza L. Once I get some money, I'll put an STi pink "i" badge on my RS.

i just used some clear tape, kinda like packing tape, rolled it so it would stick on both sides, then carefully stuck the badge on the grill

Hope it stays on. The best thing to use is some 3M double sided tape.

i had 3M double sided tape on my badge for about 3 years now never came off, just put enough pieces and squeeze it on there, should never budge
