Default Vendor and mechanic comes to Fort Myers...now lets get rid of the rice

Well there is an overabundance of rice around here and I need to show them how to modify cars the right way..not the rice way. thank god nino is coming down to help me out, and now Garrett (booster) from up north is here to work on the scoobys and mitsubishi's...talk about crazy luck for me, now i can buy my parts and get them installed without wondering what joe schmo shop is going to do it. also i've been seeing a bunch of stock wrx's around here...the only modded one i saw was white with black wheels...and it didnt look bad, i was so surprised to see a tasteful car down here! how about we get a meet going...in like 2 weeks so it gives everyone enough time...nino is coming down on vacation and it gives everyone time to plan...so stop being lazy florida people and come out...introduce yourself, this is so weak compared to north Jersey meets...change it up.

Wink

It's not lazy FL people...it's location, location, location. Ft. Myers is where old people go to die LOL

Seriously though, why not try a meet in say Bradenton/Sarasota area, it's about 45 mins north of Ft. myers and 45 mins south of Tampa/St.Pete. Maybe even meet up a Bradenton Motorsports Park, TampaRacing.com has an open track night there every month or so. Matter of fact there is one this Friday...

It's $5 to go out and spectate, not sure how much to run (1/4 mile track)

Here's the details: http://www.tamparacing.com/forums/sh...hreadid=155769

i could imagine what you mean by new jersey having better meets, because i drove up there last month for SEMA and man there were WRXs everywhere!! but ya, like opie said... its your location that's hurting.

Josh,

Welcome to Florida! Meets are a little harder setting up down here. Garret is coming down here? For what? He was the one who worked on my car up in New Jersey in December.

I would love to go but Fort Myers is pretty far from Orlando.

ya we have a good amount of wrx's/impreza's around here like me and you got tampa not too far away that has a bunch of good subaru's up there. I'll be at the TR track day to spectate as well.

Default yes...

yes i am on Evo-m.. SN is EvolvedFromaWrx

I would try to make it this friday, but my Tara Reid Look alike girl is coming in from jersey, and i have a week to spend with her, and havent seen her in about a month (basically my girlfriend...or something like that)

anyway, Im working on making some money and getting more mods. There is a car club around here called "doin it my way" some of the cars are cool and others...well...yeah...so Im going to make one called "doin it the right way" or something funny like that where myself, Nino, garrett, and anyone else with a tastefully done car shows them how to get down. plus, unlike the ricers around here, we actually have more than 200hp LOL
