Default FS: NJ '04 STi TurboXS Mods

2004 Blue w/ Gold wheels

Factory Options: Autodimming Mirror/Compass, Alarm, Wheel Locks, Boost Gauge, mostly what all STis came with.

Factory 6CD headunit with "upgraded" factory 7 speaker stereo (includes sub)

Factory Canadian STi floormats

Factory Boost Gauge replaced with Omori "STi" gauge (red backlight) in English Units

Complete set of Gold Rota SDR's with Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50s used 1 month.

Mods:
GTSpec 2/XXTuning headers, NO LEAKS!
TurboXS Utec
TurboXS Turbo-back exhaust, newest generation RFL (3" dia. throughout)
Homemade ram-air (3" PVC) ducted to factory foglight location
K&N Panel filter in factory airbox
StaticX Grounding Kit
All original factory parts included, of course.

The car was professionally tuned at TurboXS by Nathan and Jermane to 307hp and 292 ft-lbs BEFORE installing the complete turbo-back exhaust. Additional dyno tuning with exhaust not required by TXS (per their recommendation), just slight tweaking, performed by me.

12,500 highway miles, oil changed every 3k with Royal Purple. Never abused or raced in any way (street, drag, road, or autoX, nothing). Zaino Bros products, garaged.

Car is in excellent condition, no dings or dents, etc. Remainder of basic factory warrantee.

I am looking to get $27500, but I will entertain any serious offers. Car is located in central New Jersey.

Pictures of anything available promptly upon request.

Why are you selling? Accidents? Little more info on home made ram air (can you return it back to stock)? And lastly, please email pics to:
jimu88@aol.com
Thanks.

Thanks.
I'm selling because I planned to open a tuning shop, expand to an AWD Dynapack, and attempt to cater to the Subarus, Evos, R32s, etc. But unfortunately economic constraints from other partners (a baby for one, a house for another) are changing plans.

No accidents

The ram-air setup I created rather simple, just a 3" dia. PVC pipe routed from the passenger side fog light location to the 3" diameter inlet to the factory airbox. I purchased the factory WRX foglight surround as a temporary "scoop", with plans to create a fiberglass replacement. I notice a surprising difference with this setup, especially on the highway, where I do 95% of my driving. All this is easily removed and the factory plumbing can be reinstalled.

I can email any pictures you would like. Anything specific? Please let me know, otherwise I'll just take generic 3/4 shots.

Thanks for the reply too.

Really good price? Lets see if she sells

Thank you for the congrats!

Yeah, it did take a few months to sell, but most of that time was waiting for the buyer to get the money. I sold it to a kid from Florida. Actually his mother bought it for him after he blew up his also brand new WRX, nice huh. I'm sure the car is already trashed...After warning him multiple times that the factory fuel system and turbo efficiency are maxed with that setup (and already tuned *acceptably* well by Nate a TurboXS), he kept saying he was going to bypass the Utec's boost controller and crank up the boost to the mid 20s with his "fancy" japanese unit off his broke WRX. Stupid. Oh well, I have his mom's money.

Oh, and he didn't even want the Rota SDRs w/Blizzaks, even though they were included in the advertized price of $27500 (which is what I got). I guess he didn't want to deal with the hassle of selling them and making money. So I am selling them, check elsewhere in the classifieds.
