OMGHi2U APS SR40 Turbo question.

A friend is wanting to swap my PE1818 turbo for his SR40. My question is, what is the range of boost for the turbo, and the HP? I really don't want to any further than 21psi, but want more mid to higher range 8,000 rpm.
