If $1500 were available...which exhaust system would you get for your (MY99 Legacy 2.5 GT) Suby???
1. MRT all aluminum headers, high flow cat, and cat back exhaust 2. WAIT!!!...for MRT stainless steel version 3. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and cat back exhaust 4. Borla 2nd. Gen. headers and Apexi stainless steel cat back exhaust 5. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and Stromung's stainless steel version of the single tip cat back exhaust 6. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and 5 Zigen stainless steel cat back exhaust 7. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and BPM twister cat back exhaust 8. ...or no headers...just one of the cat back exhaust listed above looking for the best exhaust system for a natural aspirated vehicle!!! I already have a Stromung rear section exhaust...it doesnt even start at the cat which sucks!!! Sounds nice...not a huge difference in gains!!! Please choose one, and give a brief explaination why!!! Which one sounds the best...No Honda/Acura high pitch sounds wanted! Pics would be nice as a reference for those of you who have an exhaust system Thanks everyone!!! CRAZY KEN NATURAL ASPIRATED IS THE WAY i AM GOING BY THE WAY!!!

Which is most important, 1-Sound, 2-Looks, 3-Performance?
If 3, I'd go with the MRT...proven 14HP gain on a stock RS. If 1, I'd pick the Stromung, as it has the closest WRC sound this side of a Scoobysport. If 2, looks are individual (but for me, whatever comes in dual-tip). Julian |

i would guess that you are going to have to have some cutom work done either way due to size diff between legacy and impreza.. how about mrt headers + high flow cat + custom mid pipe + rear Stromung
or you could start with high flow cat + midpipe and buy coilovers or rims/tires then add boral hedders later |
